Choose the type of help you need :

You are signed up on Bluenity with your Flying Blue account

If you have forgotten either of them, contact the Flying Blue customer service :

Following numerous requests, we will enable you to connect to Bluenity via an email address + password

Login with your Flying Blue number and pincode (to validate your ID) and choose the password that you will use to login from now on.

You have a standard Bluenity account

So that your password can be sent to you by email :

You use Facebook Connect

Use the Facebook Connect button and the email/password of your Facebook account.

If you don't remember your Facebook email/password, go to the Facebook site to get a reminder.

Important information if you have linked Facebook to your existing Bluenity account:

Although you can still login with your Bluenity login details, you must connect to Facebook Connect to benefit from your Facebook sharing advantages
